Bookkeeping Packages
No two bookkeeping clients require the same amount of servicing yet all are done on either a weekly or monthly basis.
How We Can Work Together
I’ve included some examples below of various “combinations” of bookkeeping services utilized by my existing clients.
-
Pull data from monthly Infusionsoft and/or Paypal reports. Enter journal entries to record various income. Invoicing for certain clients (done as needed). Monthly reconciliations of Paypal and Checking accounts.
-
Monthly sales data entered, by customer, from payment reports. Email invoices/sales receipts to customers. Monthly reconciliations of Paypal, Checking and Credit card statements.
-
Weekly sales data entered from Stripe payment reports. Email invoices/sales receipts to customers. Monthly reconciliations of Paypal, Checking and Credit card statements.
-
Invoicing and payment processing as needed on specific days of the month (or as needed).
-
For those who are on a debt-reduction plan within their business or want an easier to understand format for their cashflow I have developed an easy-to-understand Google Doc that gives a clearer picture on your overall financial health, which I can also keep updated each month.
I request all bookkeeping clients allow me to maintain their books on either a weekly or monthly basis. If space is available, I will consider year-end, “do it all at one time” services, at a higher rate.

Some Logistics
Some clients grant me full access to their banking and credit card companies so I can download the necessary QBO files to import into their Quickbooks files. Others choose to email me the statements and data needed (or provide to me in a shared Dropbox folder) and then I manually enter from those reports.
You choose the level of banking access and hosting option that is comfortable for you.

Bookkeeping Package Rates
Bookkeeping services start at $125/month.
Factors which impact pricing for virtual bookkeeping services:
-
If you have a lot of personal and business co-mingling within your bank and / or credit card accounts
-
Quantity of invoices/sales receipts and/or payments you need generated and emailed to your customers
-
Quantity of Accounts Receivable follow-up
-
A large number of company credit card accounts
-
You are just starting to use Quickbooks (additional time is typically needed to set up vendors, customers, etc.) ** Don’t have QuickBooks Online yet? Wait! I can get you a reduced price through my Intuit wholesale account.
Because I provide bookkeeping services to a number of owners, we can have a quick conversation and I will be able to fairly estimate the monthly cost for your particular scenario.
